Tenement villa with spacious apartments

A marriage of an apartment villa and a terrace house. A hybrid responding to increasing pressure on the rate of utilization of the remaining land in one of the most desired residential areas of Prague - on the southern edge of the Strahov plain - while keeping a high standard of living. Compact, fullfilled floors of bedrooms, bathrooms and study rooms are alternated by light fully-glassed floors of living rooms with kitchens, dining rooms and spacious terraces. Non-orthogonality of outlines of the floors solves the problem of direct views from and into windows of nearby houses and also enriches the variety of views from each apartment.
